Very nice room!

At 3:30 am heard 2 what sounded like gunshots outside our window. Never heard sirens. We left early as we planned and at 5:00am staff didn?t offer and explanation.

Staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean.

Breakfast could have been a little better. A little difficult to find the main entrance which is in the back, not facing the main road. It?s a tiny automatic door on the back of the building that doesn?t look like a main entrance.

Evening checking clerk was phenomenal! Location was perfect for out needs.

Cleanliness of the room could have been better. There was still hair in bathroom floor and tub and a wet dirty spot on the sheet & comforter. The person who was in charge of breakfast quilt working far before the published end time of 9 am and was rude.

Truthfully I¿d like to be compensated for my stay there. The hotel staff was really rude at check in, when I got to my room there weren¿t clean towels, the bed appeared to be dirty too, it¿s like the room hadn¿t been cleaned from the last guest.

Easy check in and close location to the interstate.

There was no wifi!The woman at the front desk told me to put in a web address to get access. But I had to have wifi to connect to the address. When checking out the man at the desk told me they have been without wifi for a week.

WIFI isn't working, staff is careless, no room service or minimal

The pool was extremely small. Hotel is very outdated and small.

Our room had water stains on the ceiling and windows had water/calcium stains obstructing our view.

There was moldy cereal in the water chamber of the coffee pot, which made me wonder about the overall housekeeping. They did discount the room, but that is still inexcusable.

Convenient. Clean. Comfortable beds.

The staff was great.

We were there for six days. Breakfast was good except for two days. I was told this was because the hotel was waiting for its newest shipment (supply chain delay).

The hotel location is excellent; close to restaurants, shopping, IU. Staff was nice and pleasant. I appreciated refrigerator and microwave in room. The hotel, including my room was very clean.

Breakfast: It was not well stocked, out of food an hour before closing, area messy, food - cereal all over, out of coffee, limited selection, very disappointed. After two days, I quit going down for breakfast. Needed more hand-sanitizing stations.

The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the location feels very safe. Located close to highways and many restaurant options. Breakfast buffet has a good selection.

Quiet & clean.

Overcharged on miscellaneous items. Charged $20 for incidentals when checked in. Charged $12 more dollars for 2 ice cream cones. Didn't notice until we got home.

Telephone never worked the 3 days I was there. Cable would out many times. Terrible Front office staff.

Friendly staff, easy check in, convenient to the highway.

Heating units in the room were very loud.

Convenient location off the Interstate with plenty of food options within walking or a short drive.

The free breakfast had very limited options; and 2 out of my 3 days, the coffee had run out by 6:30am and I didn't have time to wait for a refill.

The comfortable bed followed by the pool were my favorites. The breakfast makes a close third.

The Assistant Manager was super nice and helpful. A complanint "The free breakfast consisted of cold cereal, 2%milk, stale muffins, one morning orange juice and one morning apple juice, and the coffee was never made" A/C didn't work in 1st room

The Assistant Manager was super nice and helpful. We had ants in or room so she changed us to another room. It also had ants. We never had any maid service although we asked for it three times. We had to go to the front desk to get clean towels.

It was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, although young and inexperienced. Enjoyed the in-room coffee maker. Also, TV offered the ability to sign in to Netflix and YouTube with your own account.

They didn't put much effort into their breakfast offerings. No protein, just pre-packaged sweets and carbs, yogurts, apples and oranges. Covid is not an excuse for such a lame breakfast.
